Update from November 24th:

From on the 1st of December 2021 we will officially hand over our S.T.A.R. Grams Savings Account customer accounts to Silver Bullion (Singapore). As part of this process all our existing customers will be asked to consent to our assignment agreement to finalise the data & balance transfer between Goldheart Bullion and Silver Bullion upon login.

As part of Silver Bullion we're excited to keep serving you under the same terms as before and without any changes to our product or promotional offers and with many new plans to create new features and product offerings as part of your S.T.A.R. Grams Savings Account in the future.

Update from October 12th:

The renovation works for Silver Bullion's new retail shop at Millenia Walk will sadly be delayed due to COVID-19 induced manpower constraints.

The new opening date at Millenia Walk is now the 17th of November 2021. We will be operating S.T.A.R. Grams Savings Account redemptions and support as usual at Plaza Singapura till the 14th of November 2021, from 11am to 8pm daily.

With the opening of Silver Bullion’s new retail store at Millenia Walk Singapore on October 19th 2021, the Goldheart Bullion team will become part of Silver Bullion (Singapore) and cease its existing operations at Plaza Singapura after the 17th of October 2021.

Over the next weeks we will start transferring customers of our digital S.T.A.R. Grams Savings Account product over to Silver Bullion and might reach out should we require a customer’s assistance in the process. We expect to complete this transition before the end of the year.

The S.T.A.R. Grams Savings Account app and platform will remain available for you as usual and customer service and redemptions will continue out of the new Silver Bullion Shop at Millenia Walk.
